Who are the world’s best business leaders and what makes

Obviously, there are a lot of things that determine degree of greatness. But if I had to pick one I thought was most important, it wouldn’t be the ability to do great things yourself, but the ability to inspire those around you to do great things.

Knowing know how to motivate and inspire those around you to achieve their professional best is a true measure of greatness. Remember, great chiefs build great companies.

And great companies, my friend, change the world.
